PTT Lubricants HIKUT SYN W10
Viscosity @ 40ºC 1.79 mm2/s
HIKUT SYN W10 is a fully synthetic metalworking fluid which forms a clear light green solution with water. This product has excellent resistance to bacteria and fungi. It is suitable for cooling and lubricating for light to medium duty especially grinding and turning processes.

Applications
• Suitable for lubricating and cooling for honing and grinding processes which require very long service life
• Mix 5% with water for honing and grinding processes
• Mix 5 6% with water for turning process
Maintenance
• Mix with clean water containing water hardness 150-400 ppm
• Always maintain the concentration of fluid as controlled
• Daily remove tramp oil on surface to prevent bacteria growth
